Jaya9 accounts are for adults aged 18 and over, and our pages are written for the same audience. Age is confirmed at registration by declaration and at the first withdrawal by identity documents, so an underage account can be opened with false details but cannot be paid out. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed, winnings are void and deposits are reviewed for return. Parents have device tools that block gambling apps and sites outright. The document stage is where age is actually proven. A Bangladeshi national ID carries the date of birth, and the name on it must match the account and the wallet that receives the money, which is described on the KYC page. A mismatch stops the withdrawal. A date of birth under 18 closes the account. There is no appeal against that one. Declarations at sign-up are taken at face value until then.
What happens to an underage account
The account is closed, deposits may be returned to the source wallet after review, and winnings are not paid. Any bonus is void. The mobile number and documents are recorded so a new account cannot be opened with them later.
