How to Use a Jaya9 Bonus from Activation to Withdrawal

A Jaya9 bonus has four stages: select it in the cashier, deposit, wager the required turnover on games that count, withdraw. Most problems happen at stage one, when the promotion is not selected before payment, or at stage three, when bets are placed on games the offer excludes and the counter sits still while the balance shrinks. Stage 1: select the promotion
- Open the cashier and choose the payment method.
- Enter the deposit amount, at or above the offer's minimum.
- Open the promotion drop-down and select the label, for example Slot 100% Welcome Bonus.
- Complete the payment and paste the transaction ID.
The label must be selected before the payment is submitted. A deposit made without it is a plain top-up, and support cannot attach a bonus afterwards, however politely you ask and however clearly you meant to select it. Minimums differ by offer: BDT 200 for the slot welcome, BDT 500 for the TITO welcome. One promotion per deposit. Welcome labels disappear after your first deposit, so the first one counts.
Stage 2: the bonus lands
Once the deposit clears, the bonus is credited to the wallet and the wagering counter starts. The account shows the bonus balance, the turnover required and the turnover completed so far, with the expiry date, 30 days from the credit for most offers, printed beside it. Take a screenshot of the starting figures. If nothing appears within a few minutes, open live chat with the transaction ID and do not place any bets until it is sorted. Deposit BDT 200 with the slot welcome and the target is (200 + 200) × 18 = BDT 7,200 in slot bets. Every settled spin at its stake reduces the remaining figure, and whether the spin won or lost makes no difference to the counter, which only ever looks at the amount staked. Bets on Aviator, live tables or sports do not move it. Void and cancelled bets do not count. Watch the counter after a session to confirm the games you played were counting. Stake size does not change the total, only the number of spins it takes. A BDT 50 spin and a BDT 500 spin both count at face value. Stage 4: withdraw
When the counter reaches zero, the bonus and its winnings become withdrawable balance. Open the cashier, tap Withdraw, choose the wallet registered on the account and enter the amount. A first withdrawal usually triggers a one-time KYC request, covered on the KYC page. Requesting a withdrawal before the counter is done cancels the bonus and its winnings, and the cashier shows a warning to that effect before it lets the request through. Mistakes that cost bonuses
Forgetting the promo label before paying is the most expensive one and the most common. Playing the wrong product is second: a live casino bonus worked off on slots goes nowhere. Withdrawing the deposit mid-turnover cancels the bonus. Letting the 30 days run out removes bonus winnings. Opening a second account to claim a second welcome bonus closes both accounts.
