Jaya9 KYC and Anti-Money-Laundering Checks

Updated September 2026 · Checked against provider and operator sources

KYC on Jaya9 is a one-time identity check, usually triggered by the first withdrawal, that asks for a photo of your national ID or passport and a selfie, and occasionally a proof of address. Once passed, it does not repeat unless your details change or activity looks unusual. The check exists to stop stolen wallets, underage accounts and money laundering, and it is the reason a Jaya9 payout only ever goes to a wallet or bank account in the account holder's own name. Complete it early through the account menu and withdrawals later are faster. Log in and open Verification.

Documents accepted

Document Notes
National ID card (NID) Both sides, all corners visible, text readable
Passport Photo page
Driving licence Front and back
Selfie Holding the ID next to your face, in good light
Proof of address (if asked) Utility bill or bank statement under three months old

Photos taken with the phone camera in daylight pass first time; screenshots, scans with glare and cropped edges are the usual reasons for a rejection. The name and date of birth on the document must match the account exactly. Upload through the account's verification screen, not through chat or email. Files stay inside the Jaya9 system. A passport works for players without an NID or for those living abroad. Each side of a two-sided document is uploaded as a separate image, and the upload screen shows which one is missing. A selfie with the document held beside the face ties the two together, and the face must be uncovered and the text on the card legible in the same frame. File size limits are shown on the screen.

What triggers a check

The first withdrawal is the normal trigger. Large or rapid deposits, a change of registered mobile number or payment method, several failed logins and inconsistent details can trigger a check earlier. Bonus abuse reviews often include one. A request appears as a notice in the account and by SMS. Uploading the documents the same day keeps a pending withdrawal moving. A player who verified early skips this stage entirely.

How long it takes

Clean uploads with clear photos are reviewed within hours, and complicated cases with mismatched names or unreadable documents take longer because a person has to look at them. Withdrawals requested before KYC is passed wait in the queue until it is. Deposits and play continue during the review. Live chat can tell you the status. Chasing every hour does not speed it up.

Why the payout name must match

Anti-money-laundering rules mean money leaves Jaya9 only to the person who verified the account, so the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, UPay or bank account receiving a withdrawal must be registered in the same name as the ID uploaded. A wallet in a spouse's, parent's or friend's name is refused. Register the wallet you own before the first deposit, and the whole cycle runs cleanly. The payments page covers deposit and withdrawal steps method by method. Bank accounts follow the same rule. Joint accounts are accepted only if the account holder's name appears on them.

How the data is handled

Documents are stored for the identity check and for the record-keeping that anti-money-laundering rules require, and access is limited to the verification and compliance staff who need it. They are not used for marketing. Requests to view or correct the data go through Jaya9 live chat. Our own handling of anything you send to Jaya9BDOfficial.com is set out in our privacy policy. We never ask for your documents and would not know what to do with them.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need KYC before I can deposit at Jaya9?

No. Deposits and play work from registration onward, and the check is asked for at the first withdrawal or when activity triggers it. Completing it early is optional and saves time later. Most players do it once and never again.

My withdrawal was rejected for a name mismatch. What now?

Open live chat with the withdrawal reference and ask which name differs. If the wallet is in someone else's name, add a wallet in your own name and resubmit. If the account name has a typo, support can correct it against your ID. The money stays in the account throughout.
