Jaya9BDOfficial.com collects only the data needed to run the site, answer messages and count visits. We never ask for your Jaya9 password, OTP or wallet PIN. Your account, deposits and bets live on the Jaya9 platform, and everything you enter after signing in there is covered by the Jaya9 privacy terms, not by ours. This policy explains what we hold, why we hold it and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact page, we receive the name, email address and text you type. Server logs record IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit, and we keep them for security and performance work only, never to build a profile of a named visitor. Analytics cookies count sessions and popular pages in aggregate form. Referral links to Jaya9 carry a partner code so the registration can be attributed to us, and that code says nothing about who you are. We do not collect identity documents, payment records or betting history, and we have no access to them on the Jaya9 side. Email replies from us come from a single address and never contain links that ask you to log in anywhere. If you attach a screenshot to a correction report, it is kept with the message and deleted with it.
How we use it
Contact details are used to reply to you and for nothing else. Log data helps us block abusive traffic, spot broken links and fix pages that load slowly on the mobile networks most of our visitors in Bangladesh actually use. Aggregated analytics show which games and bonuses visitors read about most, which shapes what we write next. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you asked for them. If a correction you send changes a page, we may mention in the update log that a reader reported it, without naming you or quoting the message.
Cookies and third parties
Analytics and hosting providers process technical data on our behalf under their own contracts, and each of them is bound to use it only for the service they deliver to us. Cookie categories and browser controls are set out in the cookie policy. When you follow a link to Jaya9, its site sets its own cookies under its own notice. Read that notice before entering personal details there. The analytics provider receives anonymised IP addresses and page paths. The hosting provider holds server logs in the region where the site is served. Neither receives the contact messages.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact page from the email address you used before, so we can match the record. We answer within 30 days, usually faster. Requests about a Jaya9 account, payout or verification document must go to Jaya9 account support, since that data is not in our hands. Deleting our contact record does not affect your Jaya9 account in any way. There is no fee and no form to fill beyond the message itself. A request that we cannot match to a record gets a reply saying so, and a second attempt from the original address usually resolves it. We do not need your Jaya9 username for any of this. Nothing else is needed.
Retention and changes
Contact messages are kept for 12 months and then removed. Logs rotate after 90 days. Analytics data is stored in aggregated form without personal identifiers. If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will move and the new wording takes effect from that day. Earlier deletion is available on request through the same contact page, and a deletion request is itself deleted once it has been carried out, so nothing about the exchange remains on our side after that point.
