Jaya9 coins are the reward currency inside your account. You earn them by depositing, checking in daily and joining Grab Coin events, and you spend them on the Fortune Spin wheel, where the prizes are cash credits, bonus balance or more coins. Coins are not withdrawable cash. Wheel prizes credited as balance carry a turnover condition shown on the prize card, and once that is met the money is yours to play or withdraw. Log in and open Rewards to see your coin balance.

Deposit coins arrive after the payment clears, and the amount depends on the deposit size and the rate displayed in Rewards on that day, which Jaya9 adjusts from time to time. Daily check-in resets at midnight, and missing a day breaks the streak bonus but not the base reward. Grab Coin events are first come, first served, so the announcement inside the account matters more than any outside channel. Coin history in Rewards shows every credit and every spend. Coins from a deposit that is later reversed are removed with it. Event coins carry their own expiry, shown on the event card, and unused event coins vanish at that time.
Fortune Spin
The wheel shows its coin cost before you commit. Spend the coins, spin, and the segment you land on shows the prize: a BDT credit, a bonus amount, extra coins or a bigger jackpot segment. Cash prizes credited to the balance come with a turnover requirement, and the prize card states the multiple, usually a low one, before you spin. There is no skill element, each spin is independent of the last, and no pattern in previous results tells you anything about where the wheel will stop next time. Jackpot segments are the smallest on the wheel for the obvious reason. Regular segments pay small credits most of the time. A spin that lands on extra coins simply refills part of what you spent.
The maths is simple. A prize of BDT 500 with 1x turnover means BDT 500 in bets before withdrawal is possible, and any wins along the way are yours. A prize with 5x means BDT 2,500 in bets for the same BDT 500 credit. Read the multiple on the card. Spin when the prize pool and cost make sense to you, and skip it when they do not.
Rules that matter
Coins have no cash value outside the wheel and cannot be transferred between accounts. A closed or suspended account loses its coins. Prizes from the wheel follow the same one-account rule as every other promotion, so a duplicate account forfeits them along with any other bonus attached to it. Coin balances can expire after long inactivity, and the Rewards page shows any date that applies. Jaya9 can change coin rates and wheel prizes, with the current values always shown inside the account. Wheel prizes credited as bonus balance follow the same product rules as any other bonus, so a prize marked for slots is worked off on slots. Cash credits with 1x can be finished in a single short session. Check the card.
Where to find everything
Open the account menu and tap Rewards. The first screen shows the coin balance, the daily check-in button and any active Grab Coin event. Fortune Spin has its own tab with the cost and the prize wheel. Coin history sits at the bottom. If a credit looks wrong, compare the history entry with the deposit reference and raise it in live chat with both numbers. The check-in button goes grey once pressed for the day. Grab Coin events appear as a banner at the top of Rewards a few minutes before they open, and the coins go to the first players who tap, which is why the notification setting for promotions is worth switching on inside the account. Missed events cannot be claimed afterwards. New events appear most weeks.
Coins, Jaya Rank and VIP
Coins and Jaya Rank are separate systems that reward the same behaviour. Rank progress comes from turnover and unlocks tier rewards described on the VIP page; coins come from deposits and events and feed the wheel. Higher ranks can carry larger coin drops, and players who deposit weekly tend to accumulate enough coins for a spin or two every week without changing how they play. The bonus page lists the deposit promotions that pair well with coin earning, and the payments page covers the deposit step itself. Register if you do not have an account yet and start collecting from the first deposit. Neither system asks you to opt in. Both start counting from the first deposit and the first bet. The Rewards screen and the Jaya Rank screen sit next to each other in the account menu, and checking both once a week is enough to catch every claimable card before it expires.
