How We Test and Rate Jaya9

Every number on our pages can be traced to a source you can open yourself. RTP and maximum win figures come from the game provider's own sheet or announcement. Bonus percentages, caps, minimum deposits and turnover multiples come from the live offer cards on the Jaya9 promotion page, read on the date shown at the top of each page. Cashier steps come from walking through the deposit and withdrawal screens. When a figure cannot be traced, it does not appear. Links to those sources sit in the text where the figure appears.

Provider figures beat casino lobby figures when the two differ, since the provider owns the game maths. Offer cards beat older marketing pages. A bonus example is always worked from the card's own formula, so the slot welcome uses (deposit + bonus) × 18 and the TITO welcome uses bonus × 20. How the ratings work
Games are rated on catalogue depth, provider quality and the published maths of the most played titles. Bonuses are rated on real value after turnover, not headline size, which is why an 18x welcome bonus scores lower than a 1x unlimited bonus despite the smaller number. Payments are rated on method coverage, minimums and how clearly the cashier explains each step. Support is rated on hours, languages and what an agent can see from a username. Scores are our opinion and we own them. Mobile is rated on whether the Android app mirrors the site and how the iPhone path works without a native app. Sports is rated on cricket and football market depth, the exchange and live coverage. Each of the six categories is scored out of five and the overall score is their plain average, with no hidden weighting. A category score changes only when the underlying facts change, so a bonus score moves when a card changes and not when our mood does.
What we do not do
We do not run automated RTP tests; the published provider figure is the only reliable RTP source, and a few thousand spins prove nothing about a 96.92% game. We do not publish player testimonials, because we cannot verify them. We do not present the licence badge as a verified licence; the licence page describes what the footer shows and what each mark means. Lobby labels are not a source either. Provider sheets are.
Corrections and dates
The date at the top of each page is the last time its figures were checked against the sources above. When Jaya9 changes an offer, the affected pages are updated and the date moves. Anyone can report an error through the contact page with the URL and the figure in question, and the page is corrected against the source. Provider links in the text are the fastest way to check us.
